Reach Regulation
REACH is a European regulation and contains rules on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. The objective is to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals.
Reach Regulation (Reg. EC 1907/2006) Article 33 determines the duty to comunicate information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in articles with a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).
