Tom Sarin, President of Komatsu Forest LLC in North America, states “the products and dealer organization in N.A. will continue unchanged – only the place of manufacture and administration will change to utilize existing capacity in other Komatsu America facilities.” Komatsu Forest operations in North America are expected to be fully incorporated into Komatsu America by October, 2009.
Komatsu Forest will remain as the forest business unit. Product line will remain and also Sales Distribution and Service outside N.A will remain as today.
